Update from 12 Sept, 2024: 

The motor shaft doesn't have washers and c-clip. It's for customers easier disassembling and cleaning motor after each using.
And when mount the motor on efoil, the motor rotor backside propeller will push motor forward, so the rotor won't loose in using.
