Shutdown current less than 1uA; Suitable for load: three phase motor speed controller; Boot soft start; Automatic short circuit protection when boot; Over temperature protection (The switch mosfet PCB exceeds the rated value of 110℃ for more than 20us), which is equivalent to overload protection; |
Application : waterproof remote control eletric surfboard hydrofoil surfboard esc with surfboard battery.
Notice:
Please disconnect MTS2009AS Anti-spark Switch When You Charge Your Battery!!
It will damage anti-spark switch if you charge battery through anti-spark switch output side!!
The anti-spark switch&button is not waterproof. Please mount it in dry place.
LED indicator:
- LED Idicator on, Normal working condition;
- LED Indicator slow flashing, Startup fail. Possible reasons: “voltage lower than 19V, the load is short-circuited, the load capacitor is too large, the load type is incorrect, the load is short-circuited during use”.
- LED Indicatorquick flashing, Over temperature protection (Mosfet PCB temperature is over 110℃ for more than 1s to start the protection). Please turn off the switch and restart when temperature is lower than 110℃.
Notice when use with VESCs controllers:
Because VESC has regenerative brake function, when use it with 56V and above battery, recommend to use current mode, no brake. (Duty cycle mode or current mode with brake are not recommended for 56V and above voltage).
(This is only for reference according to our engineer experience. Different ESCs/ applications may be different. )
