Shipping and Warranty

1. The above shipping time is at normal situation, if there’s any special situation such as bad climate, coronavirus, international conflict, etc influences that is uncontrollable, the shipping time might be longer than above time, and actual shipping time depends on actual situation, you can contact our customer service to get more information.

2. Please leave correct shipping address and phone number information, any shipping delay or delivery mistake because of wrong shipping information, we will not take the responsibility, this is very important !!!

3. To Russian by CDEK you should know: Shipping method to Russia is by forwarder CDEK with delivery to door . It includes customs and taxes. Customer doesn't need to pay extra fees. Because it’s land transportation and the forwarder sends all packages together in one big package. The whole package customs clearance needs to be done together, in the transit from China to Russia, there’s no tracking information, Only when the package customs clearance is completed and package arrives in Moscow warehouse, it will start to update tracking information. Delivery time is about 7-15 days from Moscow to you. Total Delivery time from China to Moscow and then to customer’s address is about 25-90days.

4 About Tax: For all other shipping methods except CDEK Shipping Method, All our products are not include tax, you need to pay tax on your side, please noted.

Warranty and After-sales Service Policy

1.The warranty for consumable electronic products is guaranteed for 30days since the 3th day after shipment (the shipping date is checked by logistic record). Please contact us for the after-sale service.

2. If you got a defective goods, please send us a message first about the problems with videos or photos, and we will try our best to solve the problems for you. You can return it to us for free repair or replacement when we get it and analyzed it as a manufacturing failure. We'll only bear the shipping cost return back to you. If the replacement to repair is not possible for you, a discount can be provided for the new replacement (excludes the shipping cost).

3. If you have some problems when using our products, pls contact us. We will help you solve. If you need us to repair the products, pls contact us . Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

4. If you want to return the product, please contact us within 3 days after you receive the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping cost is not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods. A 20%+ restocking fee will be charged on all returned product value depending  upon our discretion. For Free shipping orders, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from order value for Returned orders. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Return is not accepted for customized products. 

5. Sometimes the shipping company lost the parcels, if you have not received you order, please contact us. We will check with the forwarder and arrange to resend you the order in this case.

7. The following conditions are not covered by the above warranty

  • Cannot provide proof for the purchase.
  • Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB
  • PCB board has repair soldering iron traces(excluding solder the cable bullet connectors)
  • Wire damage or external impact damage
  • Products are disassembled or modified without authorization
  • For non-water-proof products, there is water inflow
  • Abnormal applications beyond the product specifications
  • The warranty for products purchased from other channels: For products purchased not from us, please contact the originalpurchase channel in first priority to deal with your problems.
  • The wear and tear caused by normal use is not considered to be a defect product.
  1. Clarification

Most products are tested before shipment, especially remote controllers, VESC series controllers and motors are 100% tested and shipped as a good product before shipment. Any uncertain connection or information for remote/VESC/Motors settings, please contact us before your installation. No term warranty, in no case shall MICHOBBY’s liability be greater than the actual purchase price of the product.

After shipment, product orders cannot be canceled unless the extra shipping cost is agreed to be charged.

We’re willful to provide repair service for reasonable charge if your product is out of warranty, while the service excludes both side’s shipping cost.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Generally most of our products are in stock, and your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified by paypal or bank. If there are some hot selling products are temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you asap to discuss a processing time extension or change to other items or other solutions.

  1. How long can I receive my order?

By DHL, it takes about 3-7days after we ship the parcels to you.

By Standard Post, it usually takes 15-60 days and even longer like 90 days for some remote countries such as Brazil, Chile. Please be patient to wait for your order. If you want to get the parcel soon, you can choose DHL, UPS, or other express service, but please contact with us to add extra shipping cost for quick delivery.

  1. Do I need to pay customs tax?

The buyers are responsible for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances. 

  1. Can I change the name / address / color for my order?

Please send us the right name / address / color. But we do not offer this service during all the Promotion Activities. Please double check your orders information before complete the payment.

  1. About sign of the parcel:

Please open the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the express or post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.

  1. Attention for Russian Customers:

6.1. Please fill in your full name including your first name, middle name and last name when place the order.

6.2. Please fill in your correct address including your Apartment Number, Street, City, Region and country. Otherwise your package would probably be returned!

6.3. We are not responsible for your mistake.

  1. Attention for Brazil Customers:

Please add the CPF of your order’s recipient in the order note when you place the order shipped from Brazil because the shipping company needs the CPF to arrange the shipment. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
